In creating and printing an order of service, from supplied words and pictures, every endeavour is made to do justice to the one who has passed over.
If you can supply a word document and any photos needed, (supplied as jpeg files or photos) the layout will be created, when suppling the service running order, do not worry about how it’s set out on the page – that’s what we do.
An initial proof is emailed, allowing for any changes or additions to be made, (always good to let someone else look at a proof with a fresh pair of eyes) once confirmation is received that all details are correct and as you need them, the order of service will printed in advance of the day.
The layout for the order of service can be as traditional or as modern as you like, usually there is a photograph on the cover, this can be cropped or edited to improve the framing of the picture. Illustrations can also be included (supplied or we can source); a favourite flower or colour or even football team logo!
Services vary in length so the booklet may just be a single scored card, printed front and back, or equally, a page is inserted and stapled.
Remember when working out an amount of order of services needed for the day, that some people who cannot attend, may want a copy. It is always more cost effective to order all in one go rather than additional copies, as digital print pricing is worked out on a sliding scale of charges.
